By purchasing a domain from us, you agree to the following:

 

1. What You Are Paying For

 

When you purchase a domain from DigitalDonnell.com, you are paying only for the domain name itself.

 

• You are not being charged for:
• The time it takes us to search for domains
• The time spent researching availability
• The time spent reviewing ideas
• Any behind‑the‑scenes work we do to curate or locate names
• Your payment covers the domain and the transfer of ownership only.

 

2. No Obligation if You Find Another Domain

 

If you find a different domain elsewhere before completing your purchase with us, that’s completely fine.

 

• There is:
• No penalty
• No cancellation fee
• No obligation to continue
• You are free to choose whichever domain best fits your project.

 

3. Domain Availability

 

Domains are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

A domain is not considered reserved until payment is completed.

If a domain becomes unavailable before purchase, we cannot guarantee replacement or hold responsibility for third‑party registration.

 

4. Transfers & Delivery

 

Once payment is received, we will begin the domain transfer process through the registrar where the domain is currently registered. Because all domains are held with third‑party registrars, the transfer is completed using their standard procedures.

 

Buyer agrees to:

 

• Provide accurate registrar account information
• Follow any required steps on their registrar’s platform (such as accepting an incoming push or approving a transfer request)

 

Seller agrees to:

 

• Unlock the domain and initiate the transfer or provide the Authorization (EPP) code
• Complete the transfer promptly and professionally through the appropriate registrar

 

The transfer is considered complete once the registrar confirms that ownership has successfully moved into the buyer’s account.

 

5. No Refunds After Transfer Begins

 

Because domain transfers are irreversible once initiated, all sales become final once the transfer process has started.

If you change your mind before the transfer begins, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order.

 

6. No Legal or Business Advice

 

Any suggestions, ideas, or domain recommendations we provide are for creative and informational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, or business advice.

 

7. Updates to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
